INTRODUCING OUR NEW ZUMBA® INSTRUCTOR!! CRYSTAL SOPKO: Hi!! I'm Crystal Sopko. I love everything about Zumba®!! The dancing, the music, the friendships, the party atmosphere, the workout (shhh...that's the secret bonus!!)...and so much more. Zumba® is a latin-inspired dance-fitness program that is downright addictive and feels like a party. I began dancing at age 2 and enjoy it so much that I have not wanted to stop!! I have taught dance for 6 years. I have competed in ballet, tap, jazz, baton, and gymnastics, in various competitions all over the states and won many awards. I always loved taking various fitness programs. Zumba® is a perfect marriage of the two. I have taught dance to all ages. Zumba® is for all ages yet these classes are geared towards age 15 and over. I have been doing Zumba® for over a year now. I love it and never want to stop. The exhilaration is awesome. I became a certified Zumba® instructor on October 22, 2011. I have been to many Zumbathons® and Zumba® events in many states and never stop learning and keeping up with my choreography and new music. Another wonderful thing about Zumba® is that you don't need any prior dance experience. Beginners to Advanced become united in an all out dance party. Just move, follow my lead, add your own flavor and HAVE FUN!! Hope to "Z" you soon!!!
